Robinson is one of our busiest areas south of Waco. It’s a city of about 13,000 people spread over more than 31 square miles, which means a lot of homes on larger lots, long driveways and properties that feel more country than city.
That mix is why we do both kinds of work here: asphalt driveways and pads in the neighborhoods, and tar and chip on longer drives where it saves real money over asphalt. On every job we look at drainage first, because water off a long driveway has to go somewhere.
The Loop 340 project extended frontage roads from I-35 to US 77 and added the Old Robinson Road overpass, which improved access along the loop. Commercial lots there need to be built for traffic.
