1. Information we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request. The form also records the date, the page it was sent from, and technical information such as your IP address and browser.

To understand which of our marketing brings in inquiries, the website remembers how you arrived (for example the search engine, ad, or website that sent you, and any campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link) in a first-party cookie named nlwl, kept for up to 90 days. When you send a form, that information is saved with your inquiry. The cookie is not shared with other companies. We also use advertising and analytics tags from Google so we can tell which ads and searches lead to inquiries. When you submit a form or tap a phone number, those tags tell Google that a conversion happened; they do not send Google the contents of your form. You can limit ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive information through our forms.

2. How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you ask about, follow up with you, keep records of our customer relationships, measure and improve our website and marketing, protect our website and systems, and meet legal obligations.

We share information with service providers that help us run the website and our business, including website hosting, form and email delivery services, a text-message service that alerts us to new inquiries. They receive only what they need for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

3. Cookies and your choices

Our home page has a map of our offices. The map is provided by Google Maps and only loads when you scroll down to it or tap it. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as well without them. Deleting cookies does not delete inquiries you have already sent us.

4. How long we keep information

We keep inquiries and customer records for as long as we need them to respond, serve customers, keep business records, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

5. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us as above. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on some requests, and we respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights. If we turn down a request and the law gives you a right to appeal, reply to our answer with the subject “Privacy appeal”.

6. Security, children and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or electronic communication is completely secure. This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We will update the date at the top of this page when we change this policy.
