Sealcoating that protects your investment
Texas sun dries out asphalt and turns it gray and brittle. Sealcoating puts a protective layer back on top, keeps water and oil out and makes driveways and parking lots look new again.
Serving Waco, Central Texas, DFW and West Texas

How we do it
We clean the surface, treat oil spots, fill cracks first so the seal does not just cover them, then apply sealcoat evenly across the surface.
Most asphalt benefits from sealcoating every two to three years. It is one of the least expensive ways to add years to a driveway or parking lot.

Wait at least six months so new asphalt can cure.
